Carolyn Morgan founded Penmaen Media to help media businesses navigate the new digital landscape, so they can grow their revenues from media brands and exploit opportunities in digital media. She has over 20 years experience at a senior level in media and consultancy, spanning print, online, TV and consumer events. Morgan has direct experience of strategic reviews, negotiating joint ventures, disposals and acquisitions of media businesses. She has successfully led media businesses to profitability and taken brands onto new media platforms. She was Director of Digital Development at Bauer Specialist and launched nine sites to complement their print business and drive incremental revenue. Morgan writes on strategic digital media and marketing issues for trade publications and on the Penmaen Media blog
